 Reheating chicken can be harmful.  After reheating, the protein composition in it changes, which can lead to digestive problems.


2. Potatoes

 3. Beet
 Beetroot should never be reheated and eaten.  By doing this, the nitrate present in it gets eliminated.  If the beetroot has become too much, then keep it in the fridge and take it out a few hours before the next meal and eat it without heating it.


 4. Mushroom

 Eating eggs after reheating is always harmful.  The proteins in eggs become toxic after reheating.


 6. Spinach
 Eating spinach after reheating can also cause cancer.  This increases the risk of getting cancer.  The nitrates present in it, after re-heating, turn into some elements that increase the risk of cancer.
